STANDARD RATE
HOW TO BOOK
At the moment of booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total stay as a non-refundable deposit. In case of cancellations, within 30 days from the check-in, it will be possible to use the sum paid in advance for a future reservation. The balance of the stay will take place upon departure.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY AND PENALTIES
- from the day of booking to 30 days before the check-in: 30% of the total amount, equal to the deposit already paid. No more penalties will be asked.
- from 30 days to 3 days before the check-in: penalty of 60% (of the total amount)
-from 2 days before check-in to the same day - no show - early departure: penalty of 100% (of the total amount)
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
Cancellation not allowed. When we will receive the reservation, we request the payment of the total amount of the stay. City taxes are excluded and will be paid on departure.
